The extruder has our patented design for screw and barrel ,which can be used to process more than 1.5 million molecular of the powder material. By overcoming poor flow ability, Mechanical properties decreasing due to easy degradation, etc, The extruder can have stable output and reliable plasticization during production.
Also the extruder equips high efficient and energy saving driving motor , infrared energy-saving heaters, reducing energy consumption.
The extruder has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small space, easy operation etc, can be used to produce a variety of small plates, profiles, rods products.
